By accessing or using the Instagram Downloader web application (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Instagram Downloader provides an interface that allows users to retrieve and download publicly accessible media (Reels, videos, and images) from Instagram servers and optionally back up that media to an authorized Google Drive account.

3. Acceptable Use & User Responsibilities

You agree to use this Service only in accordance with applicable local, national, and international laws. Specifically, you agree that:

• You will only download content that you own, have created, or for which you have received express permission or license from the copyright owner.
• You will not use the Service to infringe upon any third party's copyright, trademark, privacy, or proprietary rights.
• You will not attempt to bypass access controls, authentication barriers, or security measures to access private, protected, or restricted content.
• You will not use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to overload, abuse, or disrupt our servers or infrastructure.

4. Copyright & Intellectual Property

We do not host, store, or own any of the media content downloaded via our Service. All media remains the intellectual property of their respective creators and copyright holders.

5. Google Drive Integration Terms

If you connect your Google Drive account:

• You authorize our Service to access your folder structure solely to let you choose an upload target and stream the requested media file to that folder.
• You retain full ownership and responsibility for files uploaded into your personal Google Drive storage.
• You can revoke our application's access at any time via our Disconnect button or through your Google Account Security Settings.

6. Third-Party Trademarks & Disclaimer of Affiliation

Instagram Downloader is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, authorized, sponsored, or certified by Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, or Google LLC. “Instagram” is a registered trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. “Google Drive” is a trademark of Google LLC.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY, AS UPSTREAM PLATFORM CHANGES MAY AFFECT MEDIA RESOLUTION.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSTAGRAM DOWNLOADER AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
